While well known for its bass boats, Skeeter’s line-up of Family Sport boats continues to impress, and the company’s introduction of its new SL1900 adds to an already strong line-up of recreational boats, including its SL210, SL190 and SL180. The SL1900 takes on a much different look from its sister models, as its new design features more interior depth, a wider beam and larger front deck – giving it a sportier feel, and making it perfect for young families.

The SL1900, great for bigger lakes, is designed to run at peak performance with a 25” shaft, and Yamaha’s fourstroke engines give the SL1900 high performance, reliability and fuel efficiency. 

The SL1900 features modular consoles, including a tachometer, speedometer, fuel gauge, trim gauge and horn. Tilt steering and a sheltered low-profile windshield makes cruising a joy, and a secure, dry glove box and AM/FM stereo with CD player and iPod port are added comforts. 

The SL1900 is equipped with four cup holders and speakers molded into the plush interior providing a comfortable environment in which to relax and have fun in. Driver and passenger bucket seats can take the roughest of water, and the rear passenger seating features a center seat with non-skid step to the rear deck. Optional sun pads for the front and rear decks convert the SL1900 into a plush relaxing lounge. 

The SL1900 features two fishing seats with 13” extensions, and the rear seat can easily be adjusted to accommodate a ski tow pylon. Bow storage boxes are deep and great for extra gear and accessories. A spacious in-floor locker conveniently stores rods, skis, kneeboard or wakeboard when not in use. A dedicated ski rope locker keeps your ski or tube rope easily accessible, and a retractable boarding ladder makes for easy water access in and out of the boat.

The bow panel features a receptacle for trolling motor and motor trim switch, and space for optional flush mount electronics. A single port rear 13-gallon livewell with control system with fill mode and pump timer, and rear starboard 55-quart cooler are great for a day on the water. 

The SL1900 comes standard with a Skeeter tandem axle tube trailer with disc brakes, spare tire with carrier and ratchet tie downs. 

The SL1900 includes plenty of options, allowing you to personalize your boat to fit your needs. Options include a range of gel or flake colors, a host of electronics from Lowrance and Humminbird, Minn Kota or MotorGuide trolling motor options, canopy top, among others.
