Dear Skeeter Owners,

Unfortunately Skeeter regrettably informs our owners the popular 2009 Southeast and Northern Skeeter Owner’s Tournaments are cancelled due to economic uncertainties Skeeter Boats would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

We shifted our efforts toward the long running Skeeter Owner’s Tournament scheduled for Lake Fork on Father’s Day weekend, June 18-21.  After 16 years, the Lake Fork Skeeter Owner’s Tournament continues to be billed as the world’s largest gathering of any single boat brand.  The Lake Fork Owner’s Tournament is our opportunity to allow people from behind the Skeeter brand to thank our owners for their support.

We will be closely monitoring the situation and impact so that we can begin planning a 2010 Skeeter Owner’s Tournament Series.

In the meantime, we ask that all interested owners, dealers, anglers and boaters to please contact the tournament committee, let them know about your plans to attend in the future – and even volunteer to help in any way you can as we work together to keep our family strong.
